Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. we can ship to virtually any address in the world, thanks to the extensive Australia Post Domestic and International Network. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. With this in mind, International Shipping is not an automated process. Please contact us directly for International Orders.

What Are Your Shipping Costs?
FREE Shipping is offered for any orders delivered within Australia. For International Orders please contact us directly.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
All our physical products are shipped within two business days after receiving payment for your order as cleared funds. How long your order takes to reach you, or the receiver depends on how your payment is processed and the type of products you have ordered. If an item is on back-order, we will combine your order as one parcel and ship it to you once all items for your order are ready to go.

Any files relating to your digital products are generally made available for download immediately. However, if your order also contains physical products it may take up to 12 hours following completed payment for your purchase to be confirmed. Please check the individual product information page for the formats available of a specific product.

Which methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay using PayPal as well as Visa and MasterCard Credit and Debit Cards. All payments are processed on secure servers utilising the latest SSL technology. No credit card information is stored on the website as we utilise third party secure servers, such as those provided by Square and PayPal, to process your payment.

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases.

Any product purchased from the Rainbow Dove Shoppe, either online, through a market stall, event and/or from our premises, may be returned within the first 14 days (with return postage paid by yourself). Your refund may be in the form of either store credit, partial or full refund and/or we may also send to you a replacement product upon confirmation of an item being damaged.

Any refund processed may take up to 21 business days depending on the original payment method utilised.  Refunds are returned directly via your payment provider and are not available in cash.
